Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and BuiltByGo Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), operating as JustRun, governing your access to and use of the JustRun cron job scheduling service at justrun.sh (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JustRun is a cloud-based cron job scheduling service that allows you to create, manage, and monitor scheduled HTTP requests. The Service includes a web dashboard, REST API, MCP server for AI agent access, job execution engine, alert delivery system, and AI-powered failure diagnostics. We execute HTTP requests on your behalf to the URLs you specify, on the schedules you define.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you must not:

• ●Abuse the execution engine — Do not use JustRun to perform denial-of-service attacks, overwhelm third-party services with excessive requests, or execute jobs designed to degrade the performance of any system
• ●Attempt SSRF exploitation — Do not create jobs targeting private IP ranges (10.x, 172.16-31.x, 192.168.x), localhost, cloud metadata endpoints (169.254.169.254), or any internal network resources. Such requests are blocked automatically and repeated attempts will result in account termination
• ●Send spam or unsolicited content — Do not use the Service to trigger the sending of unsolicited emails, messages, or notifications to third parties
• ●Circumvent rate limits or plan restrictions — Do not create multiple accounts to bypass plan quotas, use automated means to exceed rate limits, or otherwise attempt to gain access to features not included in your subscription tier
• ●Violate applicable laws — Do not use the Service for any activity that violates local, national, or international law, including data protection regulations
• ●Interfere with the Service — Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measures

5. Plan Limits and Quotas

Each subscription plan has defined limits on the number of jobs, minimum scheduling interval, execution history retention period, and AI diagnosis usage. These limits are enforced automatically. If you exceed your plan's limits, you will be prompted to upgrade. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend job execution if your usage significantly exceeds your plan's quotas. 7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (which we will announce in advance when possible), emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Scale plan subscribers are covered by our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with defined uptime commitments.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is and will remain the exclusive property of BuiltByGo Ltd. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You retain all rights to the data and configurations you create within the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuiltByGo Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuiltByGo Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
